The concept of the ranch is a simple one; to provide veterans a safe haven to recover from the traumas associated with serving in combat. These veterans are trained for months to prepare their minds for combat, but are given little opportunity to discharge the memories of their experience. They are released from active duty and expected to return to normal life without the tools they need to cope with the traumas of warfare.

The ranch provides a sanctuary of peace and tranquility to help our veterans complete the healing process. Through counseling and therapeutic programs, the soldier can transition back to his civilian life. We know that the family is important in the healing process, so we provide accommodations and counseling for the entire family. This all inclusive resort is designed to eliminate stress and anxiety; allowing the family to focus on the process not the payment.

Nestled deep in God’s country, this proposed ranch site is designed to reduce the tension and angsts of daily life. With over 500 acres of scenic beauty, veterans can find the peace and tranquility they deserve. We believe that military families should experience the healing process together; that’s why we invite the entire family to this retreat at no cost.

Along with counseling programs, the ranch will offer other amenities, including:

• Fishing
• Horticulture
• Pottery and needlework

TVRAFR is dedicated to helping veteran’s and their families to recover from the traumas associated with combat. Part of that recovery includes ensuring their reintegration into the work force.

TVRAFR Inc. has created comprehensive programs to help change their world from austere to auspicious. The Work Participation Program (WPP) and Criminal Rehabilitation Program (CRP) are designed to help both veterans and non-veterans by recruiting, hiring, and matching skilled and non-skilled laborers to prospective employers. Our vision is to turn jobs into careers, past offenders into productive citizens, and provide freedom to those trapped by economic disparity.

Prospective employees are screened for drug and alcohol; once cleared, they are then hired as independent contractors by TVRAFR Inc. They are then initially matched with our list of employers looking for their particular skills. Afterwards, we allow both, employee and employer to critique each other. If both feel that they have found a career match; we allow the employer to hire on the employee full-time. If either party feels that it isn’t a good match, we start the process over until we find a suitable match.
