Back in 1994, two Army boys met while at Ft. Sill for basic training and a friendship was born. Deployed all over the world together, Joe & Aaron, first discovered the world of authentic German bier while stationed in Bamberg Germany. Upon returning from the Motherland of biers, their palettes had been spoiled and the American options, which they once loved, no longer met their newly refined standards. Joe sought out German brews from local stores while Aaron took on the craft of brewing his own. 

After several years they re-connected, Joe discovered that Aaron had evolved into quite the brewmaster in Las Vegas receiving multiple accolades and awards for his custom recipes. Wanting to take his passion for brewing to the next level, Aaron and Joe decided to partner up and bring high-end European master crafted beer to Dripping Springs, TX.
